Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within the order that they are received. 

Please note lead time reflects business days only and does not include holidays. All shipping timelines are a general estimate of time your package could take longer to arrive. Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order once its scanned at your selected shipper or best available method. 

Although each shipping option will provide a tracking number. Please understand the price listed upon order may not include insurance. Please contact us prior to purchase if you'd like to purchase insurance for an additional fee.

USPS/ FedEx failures are not Wool and Indigo fault or a reflection on the level of dedication to our customer service. If your shipment is sent without insurance / signature:

1. Wool and Indigo is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.

SHIPMENT AND ADDRESS CHANGES:  
Be sure to verify your correct shipping address:

1. We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes addresses provided by your Paypal account.

2. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
